Yuga Labs introduces KodaPendant, a digital and physical piece representing Gucci’s arrival into the Otherside: Legends of the Mara.
According to the announcement, “Yuga Labs and Gucci create Otherside Relics to push the boundaries at the intersection of fashion, entertainment, and gaming.”
The Koda-shaped pendant pays homage to Yuga Labs’ Otherside and Gucci’s GG logo, with a special edition number inscribed on the back.
The KodaPendant is intended for Vessel and Koda NFT Holders and includes a 3,333 limited edition metadata graphic update. Owners will have free access to a chat handle, trail VFX, and physical KodaPendants, which can be purchased on a first-come-first-serve basis for 450 APE each ($1926.90).
Holders will also receive a metadata attribute that gives them a permanent visual change and can be worn as a digital necklace in the Otherside: Legends of the Mara game. Yuga Labs’ Chief Creative Officer, Michael Figge, noted the collaboration with Gucci extends to endless opportunities in the metaverse.
