Visa, the industry-leading payment system, is actively seeking senior software engineers for its ambitious crypto product roadmap. According to Cuy Sheffield, the head of Visa’s cryptocurrency division, it will help the company increase the use of public blockchains and stablecoin payments in the general public.
In the job description, the company stated that “We are hiring for experienced Software Engineers who are proficient programmers, have experience in building highly available & scalable backend systems and are passionate about the Web3 stack of technologies.”
Cuy Sheffield revealed that one must have experience using AI-assisted engineering tools to write and debug smart contracts. Visa is embracing the crypto space by rolling out various crypto-related products.
Recently, Gate Group announced the launch of the Gate Visa debit card in Europe in partnership with Visa.
