Premier League Partners with Sorare in a Multi-year Deal

In October of 2022, it was reported that the Premier League had initiated negotiations with Sorare over a contract worth Β£30 million per year. According to Nicolas Julia, the CEO of Sorare, the procedure became more drawn out due to the fact that the Premier League already had an NFT license arrangement in place with another company.

Julia made the decision to withhold information on the particulars of the length and cost of the most recent transaction. Already partnered with other major organizations, such as the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Major League Baseball, Sorare is poised to become the next big thing in sports betting (MBA).

As at the beginning of this month, Lionel Messi is representing Sorare as the company’s brand ambassador. Messi has acquired an ownership investment in Sorare, although the value of his stock or any other specifics of the transaction were not disclosed.
