On February 6, 2023, Reddit introduced the Super Bowl LVII Collectible Avatars to the community. Before the Super Bowl on February 13, every user has the opportunity to choose an NFT avatar. The people who own the item will have the option to retain it, trade it, sell it, or use it as their avatar on Reddit.

The Super Bowl NFTs may be obtained without cost, and they provide owners with access to unique platform benefits. On OpenSea, the Super Bowl LVII Collectible Avatars may be purchased for a minimum of 0.1 MATIC each.

Users of Reddit now have the ability to express their loyalty to their favorite sports teams by customizing their avatars with the colors of the Philadelphia 76ers or the Kansas City Royals. The users have the option of minting one of four different varieties of NFTs: an Eagles, Chiefs, The Champs, or LVII Super Fans collectable.

Reddit made the announcement in July of last year that it will be launching a series called Collectible Avatars, which would be built on the Polygon network. Reddit’s Vault, a blockchain-based wallet that is powered by the Polygon, will be used by users to store and manage these Collectible Avatars.
