Global cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced it will support $ETH 2.0 staking withdrawals starting from April 19, 08:00 UTC.
The announcement claims that “users will be able to redeem ETH with their BETH holdings on a 1:1 basis at the ETH 2.0 Staking page, starting from 2023-04-19 08:00 (UTC).”
Users cannot modify their withdrawal requests once they have been submitted, and it may take up to 15 days for them to be fully processed.
The Ethereum network and the overall volume of ETH withdrawal requests made by users both have an impact on how quickly withdrawal requests are handled.
The most recent ETH distribution date made available to users via the Staking History tab will be displayed to Binancians before they confirm their withdrawal requests.
The redeemed ETH will be transferred back to each user’s Spot wallets after their ETH withdrawal requests have been fulfilled. The BETH tokens locked in pending ETH withdrawal requests will not be eligible for ETH 2.0 Staking Rewards.
Due to the processing limitations of the Ethereum network, Binance will impose a daily ETH redemption limit for each user.
The moment Ethereum Shanghai Upgrade went live, Binance released an announcement. In staked ETH, the Ethereum Shpella Upgrade unlocked about $34.5 billion.
