The FTX Japan exchange has stated that it would begin providing services for the withdrawal of fiat cash and cryptocurrency assets via the Liquid Japan online Platform.
On February 21, 2023, at 12:00 noon (2:00 p.m., Japan Standard Time), clients of FTX Japan will be able to begin withdrawing their cash. Clients who have assets stored in their FTX Japan account will be required to check the current balance of those assets and move them to their Liquid Japan account before they will be able to continue with withdrawals.
Clients who do not currently own a Liquid Japan account will be required to establish one up before they may transfer assets. An email describing the particulars of the procedure has been sent to all qualifying customers of the company who are eligible for the promotion.
Because of the high volume of client requests, the withdrawal procedure might often drag on for a while before it is finally completed. When additional FTX Japan services are back up and running, it will be notified here. anytime there is a chance.
The FTX cryptocurrency exchange, which had been the third-largest in the world at one point, declared bankruptcy in 2022. The claims of fraud against the company’s founder, Sam Bankman-Fried, are now being heard in a court in the United States.
