The skill-based mint gaming experience known as “Dookey Dash” was the inspiration for the introduction of Sewer Pass NFTs by Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), which brought in more than $26 million in revenue.
Holders of a BAYC or MAYC now have the opportunity to make a free claim for Sewer Pass NFTs. They are now able to take part in the Dookey Dash interactive mint game, which will continue for many weeks and come to a finish on February 8.
These cards provide access to the video game Dookey Dash, as well as a variety of incentives and benefits that remain a mystery. Although the serial number on each claimed Sewer Pass lends the pass a touch of individuality, it has no bearing on how the game is played.
As the difficulty level of Dookey Dash increases, players have the opportunity to challenge themselves to see how far they can go. The objective of the task is to enter the sewer and collect things known as pieces while dodging and breaking through various obstacles.
Your score is determined by a number of factors, including the length of your run, the kind of pieces you gather along the route, and the obstacles you overcome; among other things.
Fragment types and Point values:
- Common = 300
- Uncommon = 500
- Rare = 1000
- Epic = 1500
- Legendary = 2000
Varying tiers of Sewer Passes will result in different point bonuses being added to the final score. Tier 4 will result in a bonus of 30%, Tier 3 will result in a bonus of 20%, Tier 2 will result in a bonus of 10%, and Tier 1 will result in no benefit at all.
Every participant who participates in Dookey Dash will be given a power source. The player who finishes with the highest score will get the ultimate power source as their reward.
In the event that two or more players have the same number of points, the person who had the highest score at the beginning of their winning streak will be the one to take possession of the key.
According to information provided by CryptoSlam, the trade volume for the Sewer Pass NFT amounted to 17,838 ETH. The original floor price of the NFT was 1.2 ETH, but it has now increased to around 2.1 ETH, which is equivalent to approximately $3,263.
On some platforms, such as Blur, LooksRare, and NFTX, which do not rigidly enforce creator-set royalties, the Sewer Pass cannot be exchanged. These platforms include Blur, LooksRare, and NFTX. According to a spokesperson from Yuga Labs, the Sewer Pass smart contract prevented transactions from taking place in all three markets.
The representative stated “We’ve always been a creative-first company, and we believe that creator royalties must be protected. The Sewer Pass free claim will only be traded on platforms respecting creator royalties.”
