Paris Saint-Germain F.C. and Blvck Paris have announced an exclusive collaboration, seamlessly merging sports, fashion, and digital art.
The collection, introduced through a joint press release, kicks off with a digital fashion drop via NFTs on the Crypto.com marketplace.
Priced at $50 each, the NFTs (1,000 in total) not only grant early access to the physical gear but also offer unique advantages for holders.
10% of these NFTs are special editions that can be exchanged for a curated box of physical items from the collaboration.
The NFTs will be minted on the Cronos chain, a Crypto.com-supported blockchain.
The physical fashion items from the collaboration are set to be released next week.
The collaborative wardrobe combines Blvck Paris’ monochrome design with the emblematic elements of Paris Saint-Germain, offering meticulously crafted items such as a precision-designed hoodie, a statement t-shirt, a distinctive soccer ball, a chic welcome mat, and a standout scarf.
Expanding beyond physical items, the collaboration includes exclusive NFTs, available on the Crypto.com platform.
Designed by Julian O’hayon, founder of Blvck Paris, these NFTs are offered in three tiers: Exclusive, Premium, and Standard.
Accessible globally, they provide tangible benefits, including discounted early access to the physical collaboration and opportunities to win unique experiences and products.
The collection previews monochrome pieces like an all-black hoodie and soccer ball with white text.
Additional items, including a t-shirt, welcome mat, and scarf, maintain the monochrome theme.
Paris Saint-Germain’s is not new to the crypto space, with their involvement including a fan token with Socios.com and the distribution of AI-generated NFT posters via Crypto.com.
Additionally, star player Kylian Mbappé serves as a brand ambassador for the NFT fantasy soccer game Sorare.
Earlier this year, in celebration of the club’s tenth French championship title, Paris Saint-Germain collaborated with Jay Chou to launch “Tiger Champs,” a collection of 10,000 NFTs depicting the iconic big cat in the club’s colours.
This collaboration sought to blend football, music, and Jay Chou’s connection with Paris, where he resides part of the year.
