Cardano Developer Funds $4.5 Million Stanford Blockchain Research Hub

The developer of Cardano blockchain, Input Output Global (IOG) has introduced the funding of a $4.5 million blockchain analysis hub at Stanford University.

The funding will probably be supplied over the course of three years. The funding functions will probably be obtainable to college, undergraduate and graduate college students. The proposal deadline is about for November 2022.

Tim Harrison, vp of Community and Ecosystem at IOG mentioned that the agency has been collaborating with Stanford for a while. 

He mentioned, “Before the research hub, we previously donated $500,000 to fund their research into blockchain scalability. As one of the world’s leading academic institutions, Stanford is an ideal location for the hub.”

Harrison additional mentioned that the intention of the undertaking is to fund researchers from multidisciplinary backgrounds. He additional mentioned that researchers on the college will be capable to put ahead modern initiatives that can affect the blockchain trade.
